Natural Habitat:
Twin Spot Gobies are native to the Indo-Pacific, inhabiting sandy or rubble-filled areas near coral reefs. They often rest in shallow burrows or small crevices for shelter and protection.

Tank Environment:

• Provide a sandy substrate for burrowing and resting
• Include rockwork and small crevices for hiding
• Maintain moderate water flow and stable water conditions
• Use a secure lid, as gobies may jump when startled

Diet & Feeding

Twin Spot Gobies are carnivorous and feed on small invertebrates and microfauna in the wild. In aquariums, they readily accept finely chopped meaty foods and small sinking preparations.

Recommended Foods:

• Copepods and small zooplankton
• Finely chopped seafood
• Small sinking pellets or micro-flakes for carnivores

Feeding Schedule:
