We’ve done the research for you to ensure compatibility resulting in a harmonious reef aquarium setup sure to provide hours of enjoyment.

The ideal setup for affordableaquaria® Premium Reef Safe Aquatic Life Packs is an established marine aquarium with rockwork and open areas for swimming. Recreate reef-like structures to provide appropriate habitat and hiding spaces. Ensure proper water quality with efficient filtration and regular, routine water changes.

Species included in the affordableaquaria® Premium Reef Safe Aquatic Life Packs are omnivorous and will require a varied and well-balanced diet including quality marine and spirulina-based pellet foods along with frozen/thawed brine shrimp and mysis shrimp. Live foods such as copepods may be required for the Blue Mandarin until they transition to frozen foods. If your reef aquarium is healthy and established, it may already have a flourishing population of copepods for the Blue Mandarin to feed on, in which case additional “pods” may not be needed.
